What is a Home Inspection? 

 

A home inspection is a comprehensive report of the visual inspection that brings to light issues and potential issues with a home. A home is an extremely personal item and sometimes having that item inspected can be very stressful. My goal is to make the home inspection process a positive, enjoyable, informative, and interesting experience. The reports are often long and detailed, and come with a convenient summary page. The report helps you make the decisions on what you would want to address yourself and what you will want to ask a professional. The reports are confidential and will only be released to the client who is paying for the service. Whether you are the seller or the buyer, it is up to you to do what you wish with the report.
